Singers are Danielle de Niese and Bruno Lazzaretti, who play Beatrice and Dante, respectively. The song first appeared in the movie Hannibal, while Dr. Hannibal Lecter and Inspector Pazzi see an outdoor opera in Florence, and was especially composed for the movie.
