So need to eat something healthy .In this video I am sharing healthy jaggery laddus which is all in one combination of Calcium,Iron,proteins and fats. It is very tasty and kids love to enjoy it for short tiffin break. You can eat it at the time of breakfast also. So try this.. Do remember to like and share this recipe. Ingredients for 20-22 laddus .2 cup grated organic jaggery .2 cup peanuts .1 cup thin poha .1/2 cup sesame seeds .1/2 cup phutane dal(daria) .1/2 cup grated dry coconut .1/2 cup pure ghee .1 tsp green cardamom powder Method: . Dry roast poha,sesame seeds,daria,peanuts and grated coconut separately. . Separately grind all the ingredients to make fine powder ,except coconut. . Transfer all powdered ingredients and roasted coconut in a big plate. . Add cardamom powder and grated jaggery in it. . Now heat ghee properly and pour it on all ingredients in plate. . Mix it properly. . when mixture gets little cool rub it with palm to avoid lumps. . Quickly bind round shaped laddus till the mixture is warm. . Allow to cool at room temperature. . Store in dry airtight container. . Enjoy for 8-10 days. Thank you..
