William Trubridge was just metres away from eclipsing his own freediving record of 101 metres in the Bahamas when he blacked out and needed to be helped to safety. This attempt was for 102 metres. "I gave it my best shot, but no world record today. At 10m from the surface I signalled to my safety divers, then started pulling on the rope.
