Guolin Qigong : Natural Walking Exercise

Natural Walking Exercise is the basic exercise of Guolin Qigong. It is like taking a stroll at the park. It adopts Moderate Strength Nasal Breathing which allows a large intake of oxygen. The breathing techniques and hand movements promote the circulation of qi (inner energy) and blood, and also help to achieve a balance between the Ying and the Yang elements in our body.
