Ingredients: Idli Rice - 1 cup,fried Gram powder - 1/2 cup,red chillies,garlic,asafotida,bengal gram dhal - 3-5 tsps,oil (option : fried ground-nut crushed, curry leaves ,pepper crushed you can add according to your choice). Method: Soak idli rice with garlic and red chillies for 2 -3 hrs and grind it into fine paste(as shown in the video),then add the fried gram powder(poittukadalai) into the idli paste and slowly add bengal gram dal asafotida.salt. ( if it is still watery don't panic you can add little more fried gram powder till it is formed into a fine .take little amt of dough and flatten it and deep fry until golden brown and crispy.Relish it.
