I have had these two slugs for months now and we finally got around to shooting them. They are made out of aluminum with a heavy carbide core in the nose. Since we only had two of them, we shot the plain one through rifling, and the one loaded with BB's without any rifling. There was quite a difference in their flight characteristics.
