Wow !! 200 Mix Vegetable Cutlets and Cheese Sandwiches prepared by Grandma, Mom and Family

In this recipe the cabbage is cooked with potatoes and green peas. After the curry is prepared a twist is given to it by just heating ghee in a separate pan and frying cumin powder. Then it is poured on top of the cabbage curry. This enhances the taste of the curry. Ingredients 1 small cabbage 2 potatoes (cubed) 1 cup green peas 1 tomato 1 onion 2 bay leaves 2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste half tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp cumin powder half tsp red chili powder half tsp turmeric powder half tsp garam masala powder 3 green chillies salt to taste mustard oil for cooking 1 tbsp ghee Method Please see the video for the method of preparing this recipe.
