It's well known-from its use by Germans during WW1 and WW2. It's notable that this was the first pistol chambered in the 9x19 Parabellum. 9.Gewehr 43 1:02 The Gewehr 43 is a semi automatic rifle chambered in 7.92x57 mm Mauser caliber. The rifle is feeding from a 10 round stamped steel detachable box magazine which was intended to be loaded using 5 round K 98 stripper clips without removing the magazine. From 1943 to 1945 over 400 thousand were produced. 8.Walther PP 2:06 The Walther PP is a blowback operated semi automatic pistol with an exposed hammer and a traditional double-action trigger mechanism. The gun is equipped with a several safety features. Some of them are innovative like an automatic hammer block, a combination safety with a de cocker and a loaded chamber indicator. 7.MP40 3:06 The MP 40 is an open-bolt 9x19 millimetre submachine gun. It's durability made it a standard German smg during the whole World War II. It was intended to replace the expensive and very complicated Luger P08 in the Wehrmacht. 5.Panzerschreck 5:04 The Panzerschreck is a lightweight infantry anti-tank weapon. It's design is based on the American Bazooka. It could penetrate 100 mm of armor using early war rockets and 160 mm with rockets developed later in the war. The Panzerschreck was made in smaller numbers than the Panzerfaust, nevertheless this highly effective weapon inflicted serious damage to many allied tanks. 4.Mauser K98k 6:03 The Mauser K98 k is a controlled-feed bolt-action rifle based on the Mauser M98 system, Just like its predecessor the rifle was noted for its reliability, great accuracy and an effective range of up to 500 metres. It's chambered for the 7.92x57 mm Mauser cartridge. 3.StG44 7:03 The Sturgewehr was the first successful and widely produced assault rifle using an intermediate 7.92x33mm cartridge. It had a major impact on modern infantry small arms development giving rise to an entire class of weapons borrowing the name assault rifle. 2.MG 42 7:58 The MG 42 is a short-recoil operated, air cooled belt fed weapon which fires from an open bolt. It was intended to replace the earlier MG 34, which was more expensive and took much longer to produce.
