Baby Potatoes in Spicy Yogurt Gravy by Sanjeev Kapoor

Mrs.Vahchef is very fond of cooking and her Recipes are very unique and fit for busy women specially working women Baby corn manchurian is a very popular Indo Chinese vegetarian dish prepared with baby corns and mix vegetable. INGREDIENTS: All purpose flour 2 tsp Corn flour 2 tsp Salt To taste Green chilly paste ½ tsp Water(as required) ½ cup Baby corn pieces 1 cup Oil To fry Garlic(chopped) ¼ tsp Ginger(chopped) ¼ tsp Spring onion 1 nos Red bell pepper 1 nos Green bell pepper 1 nos Yellow bell pepper 1 nos Radish 1 nos Carrot 1 nos Red chilly paste ½ tsp Vinegar 1 tsp Soya sauce 1 tsp Sugar ½ tsp Tomato ketchup 1-2 tsp METHOD: 1. Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, corn flour, salt, green chilly paste, water and mix nicely to make bajji batter consistency. 2. Add baby corn pieces and mix nicely later keep aside. 3. Heat oil, in a pan, add garlic, ginger, whites of spring onion, little salt, green chilly paste and saute it. 4. Cut red bell pepper, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, radish carrots into diamonds, add to above pan and saute it. 5. To it add red chilly paste, vinegar, soya sauce, sugar, tomato ketchup and mix nicely until it is cooked with little water and keep aside. 6. Heat oil in a pan, add coated baby corn and deep fry, later transfer into a plate. 7. Heat mix veg sauce pan again with little water and add baby corn and toss it. 8. Add chopped green of spring and saute it nicely, transfer into serving bowl. 9. Now baby corn Manchurian is ready to serve.
