Congress president Rahul Gandhi slammed the Narendra Modi government for maintaining "secrecy" over the deal with France for 36 Rafale fighter jets after Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharam told Parliament on Tuesday that its details were "classified information" and could not be disclosed.
