Actually, this election isn't the huge earthquake many are making it out to be. Five Star's success was very predictable, but is not enough to secure a majority. Salvini obtaining more votes than Berlusconi is indeed notable, but what this means at present is uncertain. Once again, Italy has a horribly divided vote, and a hung parliament.
