The Ford Expedition is a large body-on-frame SUV which is available in two versions considering is size. It is a 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged engine. In the XLT and Limited trims, this unit will have the output of 375 horses and 470 pound-feet of torque. In the Platinum version, this engine will be more powerful and it will be able to make 400 horses and the torque of 480 pound-feet. This powertrain will pair with the new 10-speed automatic gearbox. Furthermore, it will be available with two-wheel and all-wheel drive configurations. As well, it will be able to tow up to 9,300 pounds. As for the fuel economy, the 2018 model year has arrived with better ratings. So, with the two-wheel drive system, it gets 17/24/20 mpg. However, with all-wheel drive it is rated at 17 mpg in the city, 23 mpg on the highway and 19 mpg combined. When it comes to exterior design, the Ford Expedition has just been fully revised so the 2019 Ford Expedition will continue with the same design. The 2018 model year has gotten a new design of the grille and revised C-shaped headlamps. The whole body will now look more stylish, modern and very attractive. There will also be a wide choice of wheels including the standard 18-inch ones and larger 20-inch alloys and 22-inch wheels. When it comes to the interior, the 2019 Ford Expedition will offer very roomy cabin and it will be able to accommodate up to eight passengers in three rows of seats. Even the third row will be suitable to welcome adults offering plenty of space. All the seats are extremely cozy, especially the front ones and upholstered in leather. The whole cabin is very modern, pleasant and well-equipped. The cargo space is excellent too, and if you need more, both second and third row of seats can be folded down. Speaking of the equipment, on the XLE trim, the Equipment Group will add 10-way power front seat, power-folding third row, blind-spot monitors, rear cross-traffic alert, heated steering wheel, heated and cooled seats, an 8.0-inch display and so on. The Off-Road package, which will only be available in the XLE model, will include off-road-focused shocks, two-speed transfer, 18-inch heels with all-terrain tires etc. On the Limited version, the Equipment Group will add Driver Assistance Package, navigation, and a panoramic sunroof.
