The year is almost over so let’s look back at all the awesome female game characters it gave us. These games either introduced fun new characters or brought back old beloved ones. Catwoman - Batman: The Telltale Series Batman: The Telltale Series brought the sexy Catwoman back into our homes. While we like her a lot in the Batman Arkham games we have to say that Telltale’s version is not bad either. In this game you see her both as Catwoman and as Selina Kyle. 9. Haydee - Haydee Ever wanted to play a robot-woman with a giant butt and enormous breasts? Haydee got you covered. Of course most gamers will say that they only play the game for the interesting puzzles and deep gameplay. We somehow think the hypersexualized main character has something to do with it as well. 8. Joule Adams - ReCore ReCore might not have been the brilliant game we hoped it would be but that wasn’t because of its main character. Joule Adams and her adorable robot companions are the absolute highlight of this action platform game. We loved following her on her adventure in Far Eden to save mankind from a terrible fate. 7. Laura Matsuda - Street Fighter V Laura Matsuda is one of the four new characters introduced in Street Fighter V. She is the sister of Street Fighter III's Sean Matsuda and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu expert. Laura is constantly looking for strong opponents around the world to defeat, in an effort to spread her family’s name and prestige around the world. 6. Honoka - Dead or Alive 3 Fortune Dead or Alive 3 Fortune didn’t push the series forward in any meaningful way which was disappointing. However it did render the girls better than ever before. Our series favorite Honoka looked especially nice thanks to the power of the Playstation 4. But what if you could see her in virtual reality? 5. Faith - Mirror’s Edge Catalyst Faith is one of the most kick ass female characters of recent years. It was great see her again in Mirror’s Edge Catalyst even though the game itself was kind of a letdown. Faith has some pretty awesome fighting skills and she’s of course still one of the best runners in town. 4. Cindy - Final Fantasy XV Many gamers complained about Cindy from Final Fantasy XV. The granddaughter of Cid was deemed to be too sexy and completely out of place in the brotastic world of this long awaited game. No female car mechanic would ever wear such an outfit and they even complained about her Southern accent being ridiculous. 3. Emily Kaldwin - Dishonored 2 Dishonored 2 allows you to play through its story as the original protagonist Corvo, but the game also offers the chance to play as deadly empress Emily Kaldwin. The young ruler from the first game has grown up to be a powerful supernatural assassin in her own right. 2. Elena Fisher - Uncharted 4 Uncharted 4 showed us one of the most endearing scenes in gaming of Elena and Nathan Drake just chilling at home. We already loved her in the original trilogy but it was great to see her in her everyday life. Unlike Nate she IS a real gamer and doesn’t mind a little bit of trash talk while playing on her original Playstation. 1. Tracer - Overwatch Tracer has to be the most awesome game babe of 2016. This character from Overwatch quickly became everybody’s favorite. While there was some controversy about her pose being too buttcentric in the end it doesn’t really matter.
