Despite her extreme anger toward the del Mundos, Stella comes to Samantha’s aid when the latter suffers from abdominal pain. Samantha, however, remains ungrateful to Stella and Xander. Later, she gets into another argument with Gael. With her recent discovery, Miranda once again grows doubtful of Stella but resolves to keep her suspicions from Salvador. Tantan, elsewhere, faces a dilemma when Puring is sent to the hospital. Ana visits the hospital to check on Puring. Later, she spots Tantan on his way out alongside a familiar face. Upon realizing that her brother is with Miranda's hired gun (Ronnie Quizon), Ana goes after Tantan. Meanwhile, Gael starts to question Miranda regarding Ana's disappearance. Worried that her failure will reach Salvador, Miranda vows to make sure he never learns of this. Ana becomes enraged after learning that Salvador is using her family against her. She then resolves to return the favor by using Gael to bring Salvador down. Meanwhile, Salvador discovers that Miranda is keeping a secret from him. However, he is able to compel Miranda into telling him the truth. Later, Hillary comes upon a shocking discovery about her husband.
