Update: Samsung K3QF3F30BM-QGCF 2 GB LPDDR3 RAM eMMC chip is the fault. I am investigating if replacing the chip will be a permanent repair. I am looking for anyone willing to let me test this repair their phone. LG is offering warranty replacement or refunds, even outside of warranty. The featured procedure is temporary repair to retrieve data from your phone. The fault appears to be in the RAM chip and not the solder underneath.
