Using a 2 liter bottle to propagate a muscadine vine. Easy way of propagating a vine. Just place shoot in bottle, add topsoil and leave until vine goes dormant in fall. Then remove rooted shoot from bottle and heel in rooted vine until spring when you are ready to plant.
