Traditional Zulu weddings involve a ceremony where warriors from the brides side will fight against warriors from the grooms side.It is full contact stick fighting , it evolved as a way for warriors to get to know each other better. A way to gain respect and fame amongst the warrior ranks.They will then go and celebrate and have a good drink together afterwards.
