果味紅糖饅頭,用蘋果和葡萄乾一起做紅糖饅頭,超營養美味

Ingredients : (A) 200g plain flour 1 tsp instant yeast 150ml water (B) 200g brown sugar or gula melaka 160ml hot water 250g plain flour 1 tbsp baking powder Method: 1. Combine all ingredients (A) and mix well. Leave aside to prove for 1 hour. 2. Mix brown sugar and hot water, stir until dissolved. Leave to cool. 3. Combine ingredients (B) with (A) mixture and mix well. Pour the mixture into rice bowl and rest for 15 minuets. 4. Steam over high heat for 20 - 25 minutes. Remove and serve.
