This is a new hotel in Pattaya called the Nice Hotel. In this video I viewed their Penthouse Suite on the top floor which is currently priced at 900 baht per night or about $27 per night. The downside of this room is that you have to walk up a lot of stairs to get to it. The upside is how big and nice the room is. It is also located in the center of Pattaya on Soi 13/3 just a 5 minute walk from nightlife of Walking Street and a 2 minute walk from Pattaya Beach. I think this is a great deal and is an example of the older shophouses being refurbished and made modern, while still delivering a reasonable price.
