✿Twice cooked pork 回锅肉 ↓↓↓Recipe↓↓↓ Total time 30mins Servings 2 ☞NGREDIENTS ●300g(0.6lb)lean pork ●2 garlic leaves ●3 green bell pepper ●3 slice ginger ●2 tablespoon cooking wine ●1 tablespoon soy sauce ●1 tablespoon chili bean sauce ☞DIRECTIONS 1.Place lean pork in wok,add cold water,cooking wine and ginger.Cover and bring to boil.throw out the water and cut the pork into pieces. 2.Cut the garlic leaves and green bell pepper into shreds. 3.Place a wok over high heat until hot.pour in the pork and stir-fry for 2 minutes.transfer pork to plate. 4.Place a wok over high heat until hot again.add chili bean sauce and stir-fry for 30 seconds.then add green bell pepper and garlic leaves and stir-fry for 1 minute.then add the pork and soy sauce,stir-fry for 1 minute. 5.Serve
