TAPE 2: T/I: 10:10:15 Iraqi President Saddam Hussein's eldest son, Uday, was shown on Iraqi television on Wednesday (30/4) driving a sports car in the neighbourhood where he was shot during an assassination attempt in December 1996. The television station did not say when the film was made. The television station on Wednesday also showed Uday meeting well-wishers. He was seated and moved both arms but not his legs. Since the shooting there have been claims that he was paralyzed. However Uday has dismissed those rumours.
