What You'll Need -mixed lamb pieces (you can use one type if thats what you can find, but it is traditionally made with different cuts of lamb) -onions (2-3) -tomatoes (2) -cilantro (about a handful) -garlic (a few cloves) -lemon juice (from half a lemon) Spice Mixture -1 teaspoon cumin -1 teaspoon turmeric -1 teaspoon garlic powder -1 teaspoon onion powder -1/2 teaspoon black pepper -1 tablespoon salt (or seasoned salt) -1 tablespoon Hawaij (Yemeni spice mix) Yemeni Spice Mix -1 teaspoon ground cloves -1 teaspoon ground coriander -1 teaspoon ground cumin -1 teaspoon ground turmeric -1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (If you don't have all the spices, cumin coriander and turmeric will suffice)
