Both of us understand that the intake air coming into the throttle body must be at the optimal temperature for proper gasoline evaporation for combustion. If the air temperature is cold it allows the gasoline liquid to become a flamethrower out of the exhaust system. To eliminate this flame throwing affect the gasoline must be vaporize as much as possible entering into the engine.
