Cleaning with Soap Nuts | Natural & Chemical-Free

How to make an eco friendly, zero waste, natural shampoo that cleans your hair as good as commercial shampoo but without Parabens and Sulphates which is better for both you and the planet! Soap nuts are a small berry which grow native in the Himalayas, they've been used for centuries around the world to wash hair, do laundry and just cleaning things in general! The shells naturally contain saponins which are the active ingredient that help to clean your hair and make it squeaky clean. Soap nuts are so affordable if you buy them in bulk and you can use them in replacement of all the other detergents in your life too if you want to making them super cost efficient.
