RESEP MARTABAK TAHU ALA DAPUR ADIS

“Telur Ceplok” Pudding (English Version) Ingredients: Yellow mixture: 50 g granulated sugar 1 pack agar powder (5 g) 100 ml Orange syrup 100 ml Milk 250 ml Water 1/2 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water White Ingredients: 100 g granulated sugar 1 pack jelly powder (10 gr) 1/4 tsp salt 400 ml milk Molds: 22 pcs mold (mini mold with size: 4,5x3 cm) 22 pcs mica plastic size 7x2 cm Directions: 1. Mix all yellow ingredients and stir evenly. Set aside. 2. Mix cornstarch and water, mix well. Set aside. 3. Cook the yellow mixture over medium heat and stir constanly. Add the cornstarch mixture just before boiling. Stir constanly until it is mixed and boiled. Turn off the stove, then move the pan from the stove. 4. Pour the mixture into a measuring cup and pour it into the molds. 5. Let it cool at room temperature. Put it in refrigerator until the yellow puddings is harden. 6. Take out the yellow puddings that has been stored in the refrigerator, remove it from the molds. Put it on mica plastic with position is upside down. Set aside. 7. Mix all white ingredients, and stir evenly. Cook the mixture over medium heat and stir constanly until boiling. Turn off the stove, then move the pan from the stove. 8. Pour the mixture into a measuring cup. Continue stir the mixture for 2-3 minutes. Pour it into mica plastic (watch the video to see how to pouring it)! 9. Let it cool at room temperature. Put it in refrigerator until the puddings is harden and ready to be served! . .
